Fine Dining Menus

Welcome to No11. Our menu is made up of some of Scotland's best local ingredients combining traditional flavours with the finest produce. Meats are from local farms, fish and shellfish from Arbroath. Cheeses are from the Banchory Devenick Dairy, preserves from Isabella's of Edzle and Breads from the Manna House Bakery in Leith or are baked daily in the hotel.

Our aim is to combine the very best of local ingredients into fresh, tasty dishes. Please feel free to ask for smaller or larger portion sizes, we know everyone has a different appetite.

We offer a combination of Lunch, Pre-Theatre and Dinner Menus.  These menus change regularly, and are augmented by specific menus for Christmas and other celebrations.  Please check Seasonal Offers for variations and details.  For Dinner there will always be a selection of daily specials and a five course tasting menu option in addition to the main menu.

The Seasonal Menu we have on display is a sample representation. Menu items can be changed on a day by day basis depending on the season and availability of produce.
